(A Poem)
Peace is the body’s natural state,
A quiet river, flowing without effort.
No struggle, no grasping—just stillness,
Where thoughts drift like passing clouds.
They hold no power unless you grant it,
A whisper fades if left unheard.
So let them come, let them go,
Like waves dissolving on a tranquil shore.

Meditation is the gateway to peace,
A path without edges, open to all.
There is no right way, no single truth,
Only the stillness that welcomes you home.
But do not chase it—peace is not forced.
Like breath, like the sky, it simply is.
You are always meditating, always present,
Even when unaware of the stillness within.
Control is an illusion, a ripple in the pond.
Let life flow, untouched, unbound.
Watch without clinging, listen without fear,
And in surrender, find your calm.
